The Lease Management Tool/Minor Analysis Review System (LMT/MARS) serves the PBS Office of Facilities Management (OFM) and is available within the ACRE hub's web and mobile applications. The mobile app allows users to access and update records offline using various devices ex: Mobile, iPad, desktop to view synced data when the device is connected. LMT is the official system of record for Lease CORs. Lease CORs use LMT to record, track, and report on programmatic issues that affect building operations in leased properties such as: the Lease Inspection Form, GSA 500; other inspections including ad-hoc and child care inspections; communications; submittals; and all other COR file documentation required to maintain the COR file.
MARS records and tracks physical building non-compliance findings to improve overall program oversight, share best practices, and capture lessons learned. The MARS functionality provides Ad hoc Inspection and Checklists, file management, reports, and review of records.
